Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Flowers look beautiful and the arrangement is larger than I expected. Good variety of the included kinds Unfortunately during delivery all of the water spilled from the vase into the enclosing bag and out of the box (tear in bottom of bag). It was a mess for both the driver carrying it up, and for me to get inside and salvage the remaining water. Would suggest improving the delivery details for drivers so it's not a mess for them or customers
